Kek Kukus Pisang



Such a simple mimple way to utilise too-ripen bananas.. as usual, we had our weekly groceries visit to Tesco.. oyher half showed me few bags of discount-priced bananas...we bought 3 bags of those.. hence sampai rumah, other half peeled all of it and helped me to mash them.. mind you, ada beberapa biji utk the two toddlers makan cenggitu je...especially si Emir...his fav fruit.. then he kept it in a container before put it in the fridge..

saturday morning, i took half of it to buat cekodok..(sori takde gambar, all gone sampai bawak bekal pegi tuisyen!)

takkan sunday nak buat cekodok lagi kan... so i decided to buat kek put of the leftover...

caranya? buh soda bikatbonat kat mashed banana tadi dalam setengah sudu teh... pastu kat bekas lain, siftkan 5 cawan tepung gandum beserta sesudu baking powder, setengah sudu soda bikarbonat....asingkan ke tepi...

kat dalam mixing bowl, amik 10 biji telur (size B), bubuh gula secawan setengah. whisk them well, buh sesudu vanilla esen. whisk them well. masukkan secawan susu pekat, dan secawan setengah air suam... masukkan pisang yang sudah dilenyek tadi.. gaul rata. 

masukkan pulak tepung yang telah diayak. whisk lagi sampai sebati, buh minyak secawan setengah... whisk them well sampai sebati... masukkan dalam bekas, n kukus...

i managed to kukus 3 of the above...now tinggal satu piece je...memulangkan bekas my neighbour dgn this spongy n moist banana cake... rasanya 5 buah rumah ku hantar...lebih baik dari hantar cekodok kot... hihihii... balik nanti nak buka posa dgn kek ni dulu...
