Last night I supposedly bring
Kakak, Angah (the fasting kids) and Emir
to join an iftar at Penchala
hence, I didn't prepare anything for iftar at home
nothing has been brought out from the fridge
however,
it turned out baby Emir was unwell
he was down with high fever + phlegm + flu
I needed to cancel our outings (mind u it is jerebu everywhere)
by hook or by crook
I needed to prepare at least something for iftar at home
my mind raced for the easiest
saw a packet of mi kuning (plus ada spaghetti sikit)
ada udang belen butter prawn yang dah siap dikopek otherhalf
ada fishball
hmm ok la leh buat mee goreng
rebus dulu spagheti dalam periuk air didih
buh garam dgn minyak bagi spagheti lembut
toskan
pastu mi kunig dgn spagheti tu basuh2 toskan lagi pu t aside
amik bawang kecik 5 ulas
bawang putih 4 ulas
halia seinchi
cili boh 2 sudu
ikan bilis dalam 15 ekor
blend sumer
tumiskan
dah garing buh serbuk kari dalam sesudu besar
gaul lagi rata
buh air sikit
masukkan udang + fishball
masukkan udang + fishball
masukkan tofu (tahu telur tu)
gaul rata dalam kuali tu
masukkan mi dgn spagheti yang siap ditos
buh sawi pulak...
buh air lagi bagi basah dalam satu setengah cawan
masa air tu menggelegak tu buh telur 2 butir
gaul rata....
utk penambah rasa buh garam (ikut suka masin)
gula dalam 2-3 sudu
kicap manis Jalen dalam 2 sudu...
tu dia...instant dari mama tuk iftar anak2
ni je diorang makan sebelum bergegas nak solat
nak amik other half..
(ngada2 tau other half ni...!)
